What’s Next?

Here are two shots I did for the Sebastian What’s Next Awards. View the other entries here: https://www.whatsnextchallenge.com/
Fitter Than Your Mother

Here are some test images I shot for Wilhelmina Modelogic in Richmond. The model’s name is Lee Washington, amazing guy. This is probably the most “digital” shoot I have done in a really long time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think my photography is taking a new direction with this. I’m going to concentrate [...]
From Lawyer To Designer

Sharron Levine of Adam Alexis used to be a corporate lawyer… until she travelled to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. She was so inspired by the traditional handmade bags from all over Central and South America that she decided to start her own line of bags. And at the same time she launched a line of hand [...]
Koshie O – Where Culture Meets Style

The Koshie O brand integrates African themes with modern designs. It’s a wonderful concept that has suited them well over the years. I had the pleasure of shooting their new advertising/editorial images for the Fall of ’11. Below are a few samples from the shoot. Stay tuned for more updates on their collection.
Cranberry Goodness – Finished Product

The finished product. Click here in case you missed the behind the scenes. Happy Holidays everyone! Here’s to 2011!
DJ Neekola – New Look?

I have a whole new set of DJ Neekola images that are in retouching. This one was shot a year or two ago and was just used as a flyer. The new images are more artsy and edgy. Also, her hair is much darker with a sharp fringe. Stay tuned!
Hey Ms. DJ!

I was recently at a private listening party for DJ Neekola‘s new album. That girl is really talented! She used one of my images for a large poster and I couldn’t help but to pose just like her! So, who looks better?
Visible Men Are Here!

A great article from the founder of Visible Men. http://visiblemen.com/2010/11/gratitude-and-giving I shot all the promo images for their organization.
Abracadabra!

Josh Norris, one of the coolest magicians around, was recently in the studio with me. This shot took about 15 takes but we eventually got it, along with several sessions of 52 card pickup. Check out this poster to see how he’s using his images. See him in action at joshnorris.com
My Photos On TV!

Was just watching tv and the headshot I took of Sabrina Soto flashed up on a HGTV promo ad. So I took a pic. I’m such a dork!
Bunch Of Naked People!

Ok, not really but doesn’t it look like it?? Here are the shots I took for My First Time – The Play. They are being used on posters everywhere in DC. The Off-Broadway play opens tomorrow - see you there!
Going Going… Gone!

Another print sold! Since doing the show at L2 this summer, I have been selling prints left and right! Which is good cause I’m running out of space for the frames in my apartment! All the money goes to charity.
Discovery Channel’s Reno Ministrelli

Recently shot promo pics for Reno Ministrelli from the Discovery Channel’s THE COLONY. Lots of ladies (and some gents I know) will want his autograph on a glossy 8×10! Photography Tim Coburn
What A Face!

I shot Geoffrey Harden’s actor headshots a few weeks ago and we just finalized the selections. He looks so great and is very happy with his images. It’s important for actors to not have just one face. Many times casting directors will ask for a second “look” from the talent. You need to be prepared [...]
Spring Is In The Air

The next issue of Savvy features a small editorial that I shot. The video of this shoot is up on Exploremodeling.com.
I Do!

I normally don’t shoot engagement photos but this was a special request from a friend of a friend. We had an absolute blast and now I am reconsidering shooting these kinds of things. Know someone?
Headshots: Angie Corley

Recent headshots I shot of WPGC 95.5’s Angie Corley. And I thought I was a high energy person. Wooh.
The No More Safety Pins Shirt

A client of mine, The Shirt, will be featured on Oprah today! It’s her 5 Things You Need In 2011 show. Here are the product shots and headshots I shot for the owner. We shot two different headshot styles for very different publications.
